Sharp Extended Service Plan Cheaper?

When checking the price, the price is way cheaper when compared to what Best Buy is offering.

For example Sharp is offering -

I get the following from Squaretrade -

Is Sharp extended service plan repair coverage good compared to others?

The price is cheaper than squaretrade for my $2199 tv too.
Anyone have a sharp warranty?
