I have a 50" RCA Scenium and the screen glare is unbearable. I know it's the screen guard/protector on the front and was trying to take that off until I got to the bottom middle screw/connector.
I took off 14 screws from the back and it appears there's a middle connector of some kind at the bottom right above the RCA logo.
I understand that this is dangerous and can possibly harm the TV, but it was free. If I can do anything to remove the glare just short of buying a damn glare guard sheet I'll do it.
So does anyone know how to fully remove screen guard?
