Update:
I have sent four messages through their special message system (they make you type in one of those stupid codes) over the last week and got no response.
Called their telephone number and got sent to voice mail, where again I left another message.
Still haven't heard from anyone there, they might have closed shop.
I advise anyone thinking of doing business with them to be careful.

Hmmm they have been very good for me.....

They got me my 3DXL before just about anybody else here in the states got one and then last Xmas got me a Mistu 3DA1 at an Ok price when nobody else had availability.

Keep us informed please.

I sent them another message through their system saying that i am canceling. As usual, got no reply back. Whenever I type the order # into their tracking system, get the same reply :

"Your order has been successfully submitted to TRU3D and is in process. Shipping information is not available at this time. If you have an immediate concern with your order please contact orders@tru3d.com "

I placed the order early morning 3/26/12, as of 4/6/12, haven't heard squat from them.

I sent a request to cancel on Friday.
Today, at 7:13 am ( same time as tru3d's)
Got a reply!
Reply was a confirmation that my order was cancelled!
This came exactly two weeks after I placed the order.
I have one of those 100 mitsubishi Dlp 3d kits on order from walts

For those that already have the Tru3D kit..is it really as promised? I have a Panasonic DMP-BDT310 and set of active shutter glasses and 3-pin IR emitter from Ultimade3d heaven. The DMP-BDT310 allows for checkerboard output and the 3D looks pretty good with my current setup (Samsung HL61A750).

I'd like to be able to take advantage of more 3D sources, particularly 3D broadcast TV and Comcast 3D on demand, and understand I need to convert the "side by side" 3D to the "checkerboard" format my TV can handle Will the Tru3D kit work with my current setup? It does seem like a lot of hoops to jump through to get 3D on my LED DLP, but I'm not in a position to spend $2000+ on a new 60+" 3D LCD or plasma TV, especially when my DLP still works great.

Purchased mine a few years ago and it works great... I initially had setup problems but they were very helpful at the time and I got everything working.

My advice is to get the kit from walts. As far as I can tell, there package is identical to tru3d but costs a little less. I have it with a panny 220 and watched bluray 3d movies and footage from my panny 3d1.
