Guys, there is no (panasonic) plasma that can do 30fps games without judder / image doubling! Higher models could be even worst, maybe other brands plasma has special 30fps game smoother option. Go LCD that with blur/smoothdown the 30fps judder/doubling.
On plasma with 30fps games, don't use GAME MODE, try other picture options to blur down the image.
Set Motion Smoother:strong, Block NR:on, Mosquito NR:on, Video NR:strong etc.
Don't use HDMI, use (analog) Component video or video to get "blur" effect to simulate the LCD tv!

Personally, I wouldn't bother with 3D unless you have already purchased a bunch of 3D BlueRays. Its kinda gimmicky and you will probably get bored with 3D in about an hour. 3D is cool as a demonstration, but not very useful as a mainstream technology, yet.
