ufc205: It seems that i didn't understand what you meant, but now i do. I agree with you 100%. Many users said here that it's not important how you name your HDMI connection but it would seem that it is
very important.
Until today i named my HDMI connection -
PC and because of that i was only able to do this:
Quote:
I have my TV set at 24p or 24Hz and i have calibrated settings for profiles: 23p,24p,25p,29p,30p,50p but for some reason TV doesn't allow me to set calibrated setting for 59p and 60p.
So my advice to everyone would be that you name your HDMI connection/input -
TV!!! because only this way you can use calibrated settings (
http://reviews.lcdtvbuyingguide.com/samsung-lcd-tv/samsung-es6100-picturesettings.html) for all
Hz/p profiles that means (23p,24p,25p,29p,30p,50p,59p,60p).
ufc205: What do you mean by this dynamic, where can i find this setting?:
Quote:
I could set the picture mode to dynamic which looks wayyy better.
Do you mean that you have done this by going into Menu/Advanced Settings/Dynamic contrast and you have set it:
ON? Or is this dynamic option somewhere else? Please explain it to me.
