Can any 3D player work with any 3D tv?

I've got an LG 42LW450 3D tv and currently have an LG BD660 3D player, but i'm wanting to buy either a Cambridge Audio Azur 651BD 3D or Panasonic DMP-BDT220EB player and am wondering whether both players would work with my 3D tv? I wasn't sure because of the active/passive 3D tv technology. I apreciate any help you guys give me, thanks.

Any 3D player should work with your set. The output signal of the 3D player is standardized. The only problem you may encounter is controlling your Blu-ray player with the TV remote thorough the HDMI cable since their may be slight differences in the control interface.

Thanks for the reply, yeah I was hoping I could use any 3D blu ray player with my tv, but wasn't 100% sure.
