HDMI to Compnent Video receiver?

I want to upgrade from my older Onkyo receiver for a number of reasons, one being to accept music from a DLNA server.

My TV does not have HDMI inputs. Is there a receiver that will take HDMI output from my Direct TV unit and output component video to my TV? I can input both component video and digital optical audio to my TV.

If not, what are the alternatives?

Nope. You will need to either use a 3rd party device to convert the HDMI-->component or go component---> component.

You're better off just using component out from the DirecTV box, there's nothing lost in quality. You can pass it through the AVR or directly connect to TV.
