$450 budget - which small room HTIB with wireless network?

Thread Starter
I have a small room but want to install a HTIB solution which has the following requirements:

1. Blu Ray (3D not required)
2. Wireless Internet connectivity included for Netflix apps etc.
3. 2 HDMI inputs

Also, I have noticed some complaints about sony systems with Audio/Vid sync and want to avoid that sort of thing.

I want to purchase quickly .. Wife out of town till Sunday night, so now is my opportunity

Thanks for your help

$450 for a blu ray player and a HTIB is a stretch for quality. I'd get the onkyo HTIB from somewhere like newegg for $399. I put one in a friends house and it sounded good for the money. Then get a good blu ray player if needs be at a later date.

Go seperates, you get more flexibility that way.

Thanks for putting this together. I'm looking for something similar, and don't know a ton about sound.

I have a small budget and am looking into filling up my decent sized bedroom with pretty good sound. This is my first attempt down this line -- have just been using a nice 2.1 set of computer speakers.

I want to have a receiver go out to my projector and input my laptop via HDMI into the receiver. I may add a used PS3 down the road so I can watch BluRay and NetFlix without tying up my laptop -- I figure that is the cheapest solution to upgrade the input device.

The speakers seem pretty good, and unless I find a real steal of a used one on craigslist, perhaps the best deal out there?

Can I find a less expensive receiver for my needs of maybe only two HDMI in and one out, or is this about it? I figure anything used that's older than the last couple years may have issues with earlier versions of HDMI, so new is the best route here?

$159 is pretty darn cheap for a current HDMI receiver that passes 3D video.
