I've never actually compared the two side by side, but by just looking up the 3Active glasses, it seems they are not as universal (On Amazon it shows as different glasses for each brand), and have 2-3 hours of battery. Obviously these are just some of the bad, not the good, but these factors are important and could impact your experience with 3D. The 3Active glasses do have a cheaper price than the Monstervision, though, so if you do not mind about the above, then these will probably be fine.
