amp suggestions for laptop & bookshelf spkrs

Thread Starter
I recently bought Boston Acoustics CR65 (8 0hm) bookshelf speakers. I want to use them with my laptop or Kindle Fire or Flatscreen and looking for quality sound. Right now, without an amp I get very little sound with volume maxed . I have tried them with garage receiver so I know they are great sounding!!! Could you suggest a small amp or whatever you think is best. I only want to spend about $150 at most. Thanks!

I don't know much about this, but some people had goodluck with it. Others didn't

I am one of the ones who didnt have much luck with the lepai amp. I think it is absolute crap. I've tried 2 different ones and both were faulty.

I am going to get http://www.amazon.com/AudioSource-AM.../ref=pd_cp_e_0 next week. I know it is a lot more then the lepai, but still falls in the op's budget.
