Where can I find the lowest, slimmest wall mount for a LCD. I need this to be able to swing from right to left. http://imgur.com/njb2o in this diagram you can see the very light lines how the LCD will swing.

It depends on your budget and skill level for installation. To do an articulating mount that sets close to the wall you will need one that has its own recessed enclosure that's built into the wall, they can get a little spendy. Any articulating flush mount will set of the wall a ways, typically at least 4-5" because of the mount itself and the cabling, it begins to bind a little when the mount is returned to the home position.

Here is a picture. I am not sure if i can get behind it due to 2 x 4's

And the drawings. If you look close you can see the LCD pulled away from the wall.

Here is what someone recommended from a local stereo store

Chief is the best if budget isn't an issue and they make a recessed version of what you're talking about along with optional speaker mounting brackets for an LCR...look on youtube and google recessed wall mount.
