The oldest parts are from the 1940's and the newest parts are from 2005.

Nice Steve! The view too!

Thanks. We are moving in a few weeks and the new HT space will not have a view, but then again I won't have to worry about light control either!

I don't have a picture of them, but I still have a pair of Yamaha NS-690 III's and My parents are still using their Yamaha NS-1000M speakers. Anyway, mine look just like these:

Sorry Raymond, I have not visited this thread in a while. The NS1000M are more exacting a speaker. In other words, good source in, nice sound. Poor source in, not so good. Very crisp clean on the upper end. The 690's are similar, but a little more mellow.

Found these at a flea market in San Antonio. The one on the bottom is an SP-8 from Grafyx by August Systems and I am not really sure what the one on top is.

Seems similar to the Zenith "Circle of Sound" circular speakers. It has no branding on them whatsoever. Bought both pair for $30. The SP-8's sound nice. The little square ones not so good. Bought them really for the uniqueness of the cabinet and driver configuration.

Any ideas what they could be?

Don't know if these would be considered "vintage"..but...

Apogee Centaur Minors, bought in 1989-

MY NS -1000 still sound great, the 690's are close but don't have the detail of the 1000's.
