PQ on 213 MLB Network on D*

Anyone else notice the ridiculous amount of compression on MLB network on Directv? I feel like I am watching Charter not Directv. I haven't been here in awhile, is Directv out of room with the MPEG 4 slots?

With FiOS the digital compression artifacts in the background on their studio shows is very noticeable.
Comparing RSN game feeds broadcast on MLBN and MLB EI the PQ was about the same.
