what are recommendations for some cheap in ceiling bathroom speakers that would not get ruined from the steam generated by the shower. looking to spend max 150 on a pair. its a remodel so im going to prewire and then connect to second zone of receiver in bedroom.

monoprice in-ceilings should do fine. You are talking about in the bathroom, not in the actual shower right?

with all the reflective surfaces in the BR, it's hardly worth it to spend much on speakers...

add a volume control knob in the bathroom for convenience. looking back, it's something I wish I'd done...

I personally just sing in the shower. I sound better than anyone anyway.

yeah not really looking for quality in terms of audio but just something that would get ruined and not to go through the hassle of having to change them later on. besdies the mr. steam speakers is there anything else that would work?

Marine speakers are the same as regular speakers, but have a good seal around the opening. You don't need anything special, just install a gasket before the speakers.

OSD has some weather proof speakers that might work.

Who doesn't want a rock in their bathroom that emits music?

You could always go with a frog or shepherd too...

Check out this http://www.bathroom-ceilingspeakers.co.uk/. It would go well with your Bathroom Furniture in your bathroom too.
