Samsung SMART TV - Pandora Audio in 2nd Zone?

Building a house and have purchased a Samsung UN55C6900VF. Have not been able to setup yet, but I have a question.

I also have the Sony STR-DH820 with 5.1 setup in the living room and 2 speakers on the porch outside.

How do I get audio from the SMART TV Pandora App to the second zone porch outside since I can't send digital signals to the second zone?

I'm thinking I can use the mini jack out Y cable (RCA) into one of the analog audio inputs, but does leaving that plugged in disable sound from everywhere else (HDMI, Optical, ect) ?
