Looking for very small lights to light up sign on wall above TV

I'm hoping someone can help me find an extremely small lighting fixture for behind my TV.

We recently put up a sign above the TV, and I'd like to be able to light it up while the TV is off. See the photo here for reference (photo). I need a tiny light that has a decent spread.

As you might be able to tell from the photo, the problem is I have a thin plasma TV that sits about 1.5 inches from the wall. Does anyone have any suggestions or can you point me in the right direction on what I can use? I'm pretty clueless at the moment.

Sorry for the super delayed response, but yes. I just can't seem to find anything that is directional. Do you have something in mind?
