Help with TD10's MVC to Side by Side in Vegas

I am a complete noob. Bought a Sony TD10 figure I can just upload the video to youtube and call it a day. I uploaded an 2GB video and realize it was not 3D. After reading post at avsforum realized I need to convert the mvc to side by side.

I have used PMB to download the file into m2ts files.

Then I open up Sony Vegas Movie Studio Platinum 11 and have no clue what I would need to do to convert then m2ts to side by side 3840X1920.

Any help would be greatly appreciated....
