USB photo sharing, adjusting time

Does anyone know of a TV with a USB port where you can adjust the timing of the photo stream?
If one doesn't exist, does anyone know of the best way to display photos on an LCD that would allow the timing to be adjusted and to select an image to be static for an extended period of time?

U mean to say adjustable slide show rate.

In my Samsung, I can go Normal, Slow, Fast, Stop. So it cannot be preset, I have to hit a button on the remote.

Yes, that's what I meant and it appears there is no such TV. Now to figure out a way to achieve this.

TV's normally only have minimal controls over settings like that. What you really should look into is just using a computer connected to the tv, which slideshow software that can adjust what you want.
