LG 55LW6500 & nVision 3D

Hi,

I bought the LG TV 55LW6500 which is capable of 3D, however, I have 3 ways to connect the PC to my TV:

1. From DVI to HDMI
2. From HDMI to HDMI
3. From DVI to VGA

I am unable to get 120Hz with that TV on my PC...not even by doing a custom resolution,

I'm using the latest beta 301 drivers anda GTX 280 card.

I read somewhere that I need like the proper driver or DLL file to make it work.

I would just like to play 3D games on the big screen instead of the small one.

Any successful methods?

AFAIK theat TV like almost all large screen LCDs will not accept 120Hz video. Have you tried pllaying your games full screen at 720P?

The pc doesn't detect the 3d tv as capable 120 hz on 720 in the 1st place

Closly check your Nvidia 3D player documentation to find out how to play 720p 3D games.
You want to use Nvidia 3D TV player instead.

There are LG users on the 3D Vision forums who have gotten their TV's to work with checkerboard and some other formats. Might give that forum a search.
