Also, My HX300G's picture became horribly yellow one day about 6 months ago. I called up LG, had no foreigners asking me questions out of a manual or blaming me or anything else. I simply told them what the problem was, they sent me a prepaid shipping label, and I got my perfectly repaired projector back in about a week. How many times in your life can you boast that an electronics company didn't hassle you on a warranty return, and got your repaired product back in an extremely quick amount of time? Also, I have pencil markings for mounting on the outer casing of my HX300G, and I got back the same one. They didn't send me a refurb, they replaced/repaired whatever was wrong. I like that alot better than getting a different random refurb back. (That random refurb may look good now, but the previous owner could've used it as a doorstop for all I know.) That also tells me that if they repaired it that quickly, they probably aren't sitting on a huge backlog of customer warranty repairs. They didn't use a third party company for the repair, either. I can write a New York Times bestseller on the fresh hell I've experienced with those people.
Even though I loved my HX300G, I had rather neutral feelings towards LG as a company. After the way they took care of me, I'll go out of my way to brag about them - and I believe that they have the best LED projection products on the market, bar none.
