My setup:
Sony Blu-ray BDP S580
Harmon Kardon AVR1650
Epson 8350

HDMI for all connections.

I have bypassed the AVR and connected the Blu-ray directly to the projector but it only displays snow on the Home screen. If I insert a disc it will display the disc menu and I can watch movies.

The Blu-ray has been connected to a TV and the Home screen displays fine.

Any suggestions?
