Panasonic TH-58PZ700U - No Video Signal - Full Green Bars on Some Inputs

I am in need of some direction. I have a Panasonic Plasma (TH-58PZ700U) that's not accepting video input after a thunderstorm.

The Composite AV inputs will show green bars (sometimes horizontal, sometimes vertical (see attached picture)) or black with white spots. Regardless of a device being connected.

All other inputs show no signal

The OSD's work fine.

The H board has already been tested with a spare. It made no difference.

I think one of the D* boards needs to be replaced. I would guess the DG, but I'm not sure.

Am I on the right track? Which board is most likely the culprit?
