Any ideas guys?
If you have excellent viewing angles as I have on my UN32EH4003 I bought at Walmart for $268 AND has a sub pixel pattern seen in post #9 on this page:
...it's most likely an IPS-Pro panel by IPS Alpha Technologies LTD now owned by Panasonic.
I've been an AVS forum lurker going on at least 5 years when I saw how hard it was to get decent displays for TV viewing and another for my Mac Mini for photo editing and
the wealth of information I've found here (especially that page I linked to) gave me the courage to finally buy my first HDTV. The Samsung and the wealth of calibration
settings included didn't disappoint. After eyeball calibration especially offset/gain white balance and HDMI Low Black level, all HD source content (cable news, HSN) look incredibly
color accurate, sharp and clear even at 720p. I see my 7 year wait to buy into this technology finally paid off. The quality has inspired me to take quite a few photos of the picture
quality of this Samsung.
I was hankering to get the 39" version but now that I've seen the panel swapping going on in this industry which I frustratingly found out with the 39" Vizio from Walmart, I think
I'm going to just settle on this 32" Samsung. I love this TV!
