I just bought a new house and I'm looking for some guidance. My request is fairly simple, add speakers to our kitchen, hallway and possible a 3-season room. My issue is that I have an Onkyo HTS6100 HTIB and it does not offer zone 2. So I'm struggling with whether it is worth it to power my speakers from the Onkyo or some other type of distribution source.
What have others in this situation done? I would like to be able to watch TV and have music playing seperatly. I also would like to be able to stream Pandora or Sirius XM from my computer. What's the easiest way to implement this? How can I get audio from my PC to these speakers the most economically possible?
