I currently have a non-3d 55" LCD. My better haft says that if I want to buy another TV, there is NO point of buying same 55" size or smaller .
So i am looking for a good deal on the Panasonic ST50 either 60 or 65 inch.
My panasonic epp has good deal on the 55ST50, but not 60ST50 or 65ST50.
Well, the waiting game is still on.

Honestly, I've had my eye on both of those TVs since July...the best deal so far lasted from Oct to the week leading up to Black Friday, since, the prices have gone up. You'll be waiting til Feb to find a better deal than 2048-2154 (amazon for the 65" )

U.S Appliance has the 65ST50 for $1997 once you add it to your cart and provide a credit card number. Amazon price matches them so this is a great deal for anyone that missed out on this deal a couple of months ago.

FYI, I ordered straight from US Appliance last month and everything was great. TV was perfect and I didn't have to pay tax (like I do with Amazon). They're part of the ABC group, so they're authorized.

I called Amazon to try to get them to price match about 3 hours ago — it was still 1997 (you have to enter your CC info).

For the record, once you add white glove delivery it comes out to the same price as amazon; therefore, they wouldn't price match

I went to abt.com and spoke with a sales rep through online chat and was able to get them to beat us-appliance. Got it for $1975 shipped (not white glove though).

Just a shot in the dark to see if anyone has experienced this:

When the delivery was made, it wasn't a white glove service. I had to help the guy carry it downstairs (and he acted like he was going against company policy to carry it downstairs -- friendly guy, though). So, he didn't unbox it, or power it up, either.

When I called Amazon, they simply left feedback to the shipper vs. (what I was hoping) refunding the white glove surcharge that's included.

Has anyone else gone through something similar and had Amazon refund the extra shipping charge? I spoke to them recently and they explained that they couldn't price match US-Appliance's charge due to the fact that once you include white glove, it comes out to the same charge. Should I call the price matching line (vs. normal CS), explain what happened, and ask if they'll price match now?

I decided to try calling Amazon first- I was able to get them to match the us-appliance price and not take into account US Appliance's white glove shipping charge (i argued that I'm a prime member and didn't care about white glove service :P). I have no sales tax for Amazon. I paid with my Amazon visa, so I got 3% (about $60) back in points, the TV has 2% rewards bonus which equals about $40.. so total price paid out the door was: $1897!

Amazon said there is no choice on the white glove, but the guy I spoke with was super nice and said it was no problem matching that price. YMMV though I suppose with all of these price matches.

I have been thinking of getting the st50, the 55 at Amazon is a great price, and I would like to know if joining Amazon Prime going to speed delivery and if that is any different from the "white glove" that I have heard here? I have never bought anything like this from them before!

Just took delivery of 55ST50 from Amazon today.
I am thinking Prime membership does not impact HDTV delivery date but we are Prime members.
We took a delayed delivery date due to our own schedule.
The delivery went fine but he was late. He put the base on and set the set up quickly. So far so good.

Will Sears price match Panasonic EPP?

I just called to ask, they do not price match any online retailer.

Can anyone confirm that Shop Panasonic will no longer be carrying the 60 inch ST50??? I've read this several places, though it seems like speculation.

Still hoping to find this tv for ~$1300 out the door, but at this point, with what seems ever less retailers with stock, my hope is dwindling, and I'm thinking that ~$1500 out the door through EPP is the best that's gonna happen (if panasonic is going to have more inventory).

Just got BB to match EPP pricing of $1025 on 55st50. Asked if they would match square trades price of $169 for 4 year warranty. They said no, but I asked since they wouldn't could they throw in glasses. Not only did they throw in one pair they said any additional pairs would be 1/2 price. More than made up difference between them and Sq Tr.

Need a 65st50 for $2k, anyone know if US Appliance or any other reputable dealer has it?

Not sure if they are still running the deal but they had it for 1997. Amazon matched it and also had 2% bonus back (after a month) and free white glove shipping.
