Budget bedroom 2.1 setup suggestions.

I am fairly new to home audio and i am looking for some suggestions on a setup. I am interested in a 2.1 for my bedroom which is pretty small. I have been looking at the Klipsch KB20 since i get a great deal on them at my work ($63 a piece). I have also heard some great things about the BIC Venturi DV62si's. I have wondered which would be better for my money, or if there is something out there in a sub $150ish rang that would be better. I will be using this setup mainly for movies and gaming but some music so i would like a good all around speaker.

I am also looking at a 10-12 inch sub in the 3-350 range that would be a good complement to the speakers. I am a huge bass fan but i don't want something overpowering. i get great deals on the klipsch 110 and 112 ($320-380) but just like the main's, i would like to know if there is something out there that i may not know about that is a better deal.

i would appreciate all the help and suggestions i can get.

If you want less than $150 per pair, I would suggest the Pioneer SP-BS41 or the Polk Monitor 40.

The Polk PSW505 is a good subwoofer that seems to be going for less than $300. The next step up would be the Rythmic FV12 for $499, which is very good.

Keep in mind that while the PW505 is loud, I found it's response very muddied and flabby. Depends on what you like. If you enjoy unsophiscated junk in the trunk noiseboxes, you'll be happy. I replaced mine with a Energy ESW-M8 I picked up on a Amazon price mistake for 140.00 and I'm more then happy with it. Not equally loud, loads more refined.
