Volume change crashes Netflix on Samsung PN51D7000

I recently added a Yamaha YAS-101 sound bar to my Pn51d7000. Now, when I stream Netflix, if I change the volume, it crashes Netflix. Any title I select Netflix gives me "We're having trouble playing this title right now. Please try again later or select another." I get this for everything. Have to reset smarthub and re-login to Netflix to get it to stream again. If I manually change volume on the soundbar, everything is ok. Only when I use the remote to change volume does it crash Netflix. Has anyone else seen this behavior? I have the latest firmware loaded.
