SIM2 M.150 - Magic

Just went to calibrate a new M.150 out of the box. Let it warm up a bit and then went at it.

To my AMAZEMENT the Gamma was dead on when set to D65. Really, no adjustments needed. I have NEVER seen that from a projector - never!

Outstanding picture - possibly one of the best I have ever seen on a 100" screen.

Do you have any brightness measurements that you can share with us?

Once I get it fully installed in its new home, let me see what it measures.

Glad to see I'm not the only one that's blown away. I've been waiting for someone to corroborate my observations. The plight of an early adopter...

Where would one go to obtain pricing for this projector?

It’s not going to be cheap though – priced at $28,000 it’s definitely not a device for everyone.

If it could light up a 12 ft 2.37 screen, I'd be interested..........not going to happen.

Runco LS-10, LS-12, DPI Highlite 260, or Sim2 Uno are my only alternatives..............
