Sub for Pioneer VSX-821 Recommendation

Hi, first time posting i the audio part of the forum. Was wondering if I can use a Lava subwoofer LSP12 ( http://www.lavasubs.com/12_inch/powe...subwoofer.html ) with my VSX-821 with no problems. I'm not looking to spend anymore money than this. I'm using a pair of Polk Audio Monitor 60s and a pioneer subwoofer (I think it's a psw-8, it's the 8" model) and am VERY unhappy with it, probably because my room is too big (10x15 about). Any thought or recommendations would be much appreciated. Primary use will be music.

Agree. The Lava 12" will be fine with your receiver and should work much better than the Pioneer 8".

If you contact Lava and let them know you are an AVS member, they used to give a small discount.
