Need help programing my RadioShack Universal Remote to my Vizio VBR-200w

Yes i need help programming my remote to my vizio blu ray player i have checked under the Codes book but only 1 code shows up, when i press the number 4 on my remote it seems to power of the player and thats about the only button that works here is a image of the remote.

and the triple digit code is 513

Unless that model can learn, there's nothing you can do. I highly recommend the RCA RCRP05B instead of that one. It's far more capable and also sold at radio shack and best buy last time I checked.
