BIC america FH6-LCR new setup

So I think I am going to get rid of my polk rti setup and go for the BIC FH6-LCR for front, left, and right.

What satellite speakers would go well with these. I'm running them with a pioneer vsx-921

Also they MUST be satellites, I don't have the room for bookshelves.

Any input greatly appreciated!

As far as satellites go you can pretty much use what your wallet or "taste" can afford... per say that is. I personaly use the Klipsch Q as they work out quite well, not to mention they have there own base to hang of the wall. I use these as wides now.
Klipsch Q:

you can find these at your local BB if you want to take a listen

BTW: I noticed the link on the Bics you have was from ebay. To help out a bit heres a link to save some money ......

* Eric is a great guy to work with too

Anyhow, I hope some of this helps & good luck!

Going from the Polk speakers to the BIC speakers sounds like a step in the wrong direction to me....

I like those BICs because they have dual 6.5" woofers instead of just one 5.25" like on my rti-28s and I prefer the sound of horns over tweeters. I really want to FILL the room with sound.

Its all just a matter of opinion is all as I prefer the Bics over Polk as well. THe Bic Pl's I have have excellent clairity as to when I tested out Polks ( cant remember what series) they had a "muffled" sound as it was hard to hear some dialog.

Jamo S606HCS3

8" drivers, unbelivably cheap, and incredibly well reviewed...

The BIC LCR has a sensitivity of 95db so it'll play much louder than the Jamo at the same volume on the receiver. If horn tweeters are his thing he should go with the Bics. They'll most likely be brighter sounding than the Jamo also.
