I've been using my Luxman R-117 (160w/8ohms) ... with a newly acquired Firestone - Fubar IV Plus - 192 kHz Upsampling DAC/24 bit. My Mac Mini is the source via the USB port.
I was thinking about the Peachtree Audio Decco2 as a replacement (40w/6ohm). It has a built in Dac.
They will be powering ADS L300 Bookshelf speakers or Monitor BX2's with a powered sub.
Is this a poor decision? Should I just stay with my current setup? Thanks!!
