I Plan to build HDPC to be used in my HT. Is HDMI-audio available for PC yet?

Yes. It has been for at least two years using intel CPU/GPU's.

Yes and I believe that was as early as Fall, 2009.

May I ask you more? Is it possible to split HDMI-video and Hdmi-audio in HDPC?

I want to send the HDMI-Video signal directly to projector and HDMI-audio signal directly to the pre-processor.

Can it send DTS-HD signal to avr?

Form whatI know, HD track can only be send via HDMI. not DVI.

You heard correctly. That is true for all sources, so if your receiver doesn't connect with HDMI you need a new AVR. This is not an issue that is the fault of a current HTPC.
