Yea, all the processing effects like AGC are definitely off. And the all black screen is pretty bright even while watching a blu-ray. For instance, if I pause it in between scene changes when it's completely black (I tried a Pirates of the Carrabean and Harry Po. The problem is that it's not really that black at all. If I have some light in the room it's pretty black but with the lights off it almost looks backlit because the edges are slightly brighter. Increase the brightness only makes a difference when it gets above 65 or so but going below that makes no difference.
Like I said, it's not a big deal but tell me, if you do the same with all the lights off, exactly how black is the screen?
