Got the TV last night and got to really watch it tonight, incredible is all I can say. The Darblet really does put an exclamation point on it, but that does bring me to the only problem I've had.
I had to step outside for a few minutes, left the tv playing, but when I came back in I noticed the Darbee logo and percentage were in the lower right corner. I had previously turned that feature off as well as dimmed the LED's to the dimmest setting. Hit menu and got rid of the image again, but then the LED's turned back to full brightness. Hit menu and the onscreen menu popped up again and I could move up and down but the power/select button was unresponsive. Up/down still worked but couldn't select the highlighted option, and then it cycled the TV on and off as well as the Darblet. Once both came back on I was able to normally return to the Darblet menu and dim the LED's again. Is this a firmware situation or a defective unit? I don't want to read through 7 hours of posts in the Darbee thread hoping to find the answer only to have to ask it anyway. I love the crispness it adds, but if this occurred 24 hours into its usage I want to rectify it while it's still in its 30 day return policy. If it matters, I bought it on Amazon through Sewell Direct.
Thanks again for any help you can offer
