Does no one make a soundbar for TVs smaller than 32"?

We have a 26" Vizio TV that will be mounted to swing down underneath a cabinet. I'm am looking for a soundbar that I can attach to the TV or the TV's mount.

Is there a soundbar that is sized for a TV smaller than 32"? I've been looking and I've not seen a single one...
