Panasonic 65VT50 vs. 65VX300

Without starting a 14 page debate I'd just like to ask some opinions from those who have seen these panels only. If money was not an issue, would you buy a 65VT50 or 65VX300? I don't care about specs, the only thing that matters is picture quality. I have a Kuro 141 and need a second TV for another room. I have windows, with blinds, on one wall which is perpendicular to the TV. I cannot make the room black but I can remove all direct sunlight from hitting the TV. Unfortunately no one in town has either of these on display.

I have seen neither, however based on the numerous things i've read i'd definitely opt for the vt50. Will have better blacks and brighter whites.

I had the opportunity to see the Samsung 65 Series 8 and the Panasonic 65VT50 side by side. There was an amazing difference but then again so is the price difference. The blacks were perfect on the Panasonic. The whole image was crisper and clearer and the re was a visual jerkiness more evident in the Samsung with no sign of this on the Panasonic. We tested it with 3D active shutter glasses watching Avatar 3D Blue Ray and enjoyed the experience immensely. We are about to buy one from Joyce Mayne, Maroochydore Queensland as they have offered us the best price at AU$4600.00. Just in time for Christmas. Hope this has been of help.
