An AVR turning off suddenly sounds like the overload protection circuitry kicking in. I would look at the troubleshooting section of your Pioneer manual. Something is likely shorted with your speaker wires or there is an impedance mismatch with your AVR and speakers.

i can use Digital TV / DVD Player / Xbox 360 without any problem

I had something similar happen a couple of years ago. Any time I watched TV it was okay, but if I fired up a movie my Onkyo would shut down during a loud sequence.

It ended up being a short.

The HDMI port/circuitry may be going bad, I assume you tried a different HDMI port?
