So you were returning for a refund, and you had to rebuy at whatever the price was that day? The price of this TV seems to fluctuate by about $400. Were you returning the TV as faulty, or were you simply returning as you didn't want it any more? 2 appointments and time without the TV would suck. Going to hold out hope for the firmware to come soon.
