HSU VTF-2 amp died. Replace it with PA-150 or..

Hsu VTF-2 MK3 amp needs to be replaced. Should I pay $225 to get a new amp from Hsu, or spend another $125 to get a PA-150? (Plus I may be able to get some money for the VTF-2 with broken amp).

I only watch TV and movies - no music. I have emotiva towers as mains so I think I need the sub to cover just 20hz to 60hz.

I would replace the amp.

+1. The VTF-2 is a better sub if not as loud as the PA150 in mid-bass

VTF3 amp is $225; VTF2 may be somewhat less.
