A&E Network introduces the Robertsons, a Louisiana bayou family living the American dream as they operate a thriving business while staying true to their family values and lifestyle.

Ask anyone in Louisiana and they'll tell you that the bayou state's favorite first family doesn't live in the governor's mansion but in the backwoods, where the Robertsons' rags-to-riches story is still unfolding. A homegrown mom-and-pop operation, Duck Commander has become a sporting empire by fabricating top-of-the-line duck calls and decoys out of salvaged swamp wood.

This newly minted multimillionaire family is kept in line by business-savvy Willie, who runs Duck Commander with the help of his brother Jase, their respective wives Korie and Missy, patriarch and founder of the company, Phil, and Uncle Si. Together they run a booming business that employs half their neighborhood, but at the end of the day, you can find the whole family around matriarch Miss Kay's dinner table.

Each episode brings a new set of challenges, met with a special brand of Southern know-how and a down-home sense of humor.

You guys really need to revisit this modern "Hee Haw." It's not just entertaining. It's pretty, too.

There are a lot of really great nature shots. Moreover, the slow motion shots that segue between scenes are a combination of brilliant editing and photography.

The sound is what it is for 384 DD. However, the visuals are not to be missed.

Don't insult DD. Hee Haw was terrible.

In 2002 TV Guide named "Hee Haw" the 10th WORST show of all time.

in 2012 UGAd13 named TV Guide the most irrelevant source for judging a TV show.

Hee Haw has a special place in old timers' hearts down here in Dixie...

Back to the Duck - I just watched a few episodes and finally get why this show is popular. It's daggum funny and I enjoy the little message Willie says at the end of each episode.

Plus, how can you not like Si?

"You kids ever hear of the term 'Nam'?"

Up here in Yankeeville, yes I LOVE Si!! But I am laughing AT him -- not with him.

Somewhat like Hee Haw.

Where are my Duck Dynasty bros? New season started last night. I only caught the last 15 mins but it was pretty good, as usual. Great show with a great message.

A coworker and I were just speaking about this show. She's interested in watching it since everybody's talking about it. I'll check it out but I doubt I'll stick around, not my type of programming.

Here's another reason I like the show - more importantly the Robertsons.
Duck Dynasty Star Kicked Out of Trump Hotel

Numbers came in...

^^^That Trump incident, or more accurately the Robertson's reaction to it are typical of the overall humor, good-natured-ness, and plain humanity expressed on their show, which I find very refreshing.

I'm telling ya - you guys are missing out. Good quality, family programming. No yelling, cussing, spitting, hitting, tables thrown over - not what you'd expect from today's reality shows... that's why it's so great.

THEY DID IT AGAIN!

'DUCK DYNASTY' MOST-WATCHED TV SHOW IN NATION...
