No. The Energy speakers will likely get set higher to say 120Hz. Any setting > 80Hz should be left at that setting, otherwise if you lower it below what the AVR set it to, the speaker will not be EQ'd below that frequency.

For the "HDMI Standby" feature to work correctly, the "HDMI Control" setting must be set to ON as well as setting the "Standby Source" to CBL/SAT. You also may need to cycle the AVR OFF/ON for it to take effect.
