Will be running Denon 1712, Premier Acoustics PA-150 sub for a new HT with 106" screen with Epson 8700. Actually only piece I have so far is the Denon but thats my projected setup. Finishing my basement so most of my money is gone unfortunately. Was looking for LRC in walls and 5.1, rears will also be in walls.

Was wondering if anyone could recommend a good speaker in the 150 or so range? If there is one........thank you.

Thanks Z.

I will do that. So you just put one on its side and use as a mid?

I do not reccomend turning the speaker sideways. I would try
to keep it vertical.

I have owned their regular speakers, and I like them. I have no
listening experience with their in-walls > however, the word on
them is good.

The only difference with the W80 is, it may go a little lower and
handle a few more watts - and can sound bigger, due to its size.

You can always buy a pair of speakers and try them out. They do
have first rate customer service, and excellent return policy. And,
you may want to call them on Monday and talk to them.

Speakercraft Accufit IW7 One or Axiom M2 inwall. Both in your budget and both have integrated backbox enclosures.

If your budget in the OP is around 150 each - then I would look
at the SpeakerCraft.

Add Monitor Audio to this list as they also offer sealed inwalls in this price range.

Where I see them cheaper, the sites are unknown, or seem shakey.
They use to be on Ebay for around $175 - now it seems $199.

I have no comment about the Axiom ones.
