I'm picking up a second HTPC. I got a steal on eBay. My first is set up perfectly. Is there any easy way to transfer settings/programs to my second computer?

Probably can't transfer the programs to different hardware but settings and files is easy. You don't say which version of Windows, but there has been a 'Files and Settings Transfer Wizard' in every post 98 version. It's in the Control Panel.

It depends on what you mean by settings. For XBMC, you can transfer the entire folder inside appdata to your new pc.

Basically I like the setup I currently have and I want to duplicate it. WMC settings, mediabrowser things like that.
