i know that the source light will blink green if it's getting a digital signal. I have the soundbar hooked up directly via optical cable to the PS3. I was playing Avatar and could not get the light to turn green. It would only stay blue which means it's getting a pcm or analogue signal.
The odd thing is that when I pulled up Netflix and played Lilyhammer..an original netflix series.. that was recorded in 5.1, the light immediately turned green. Both feeds are coming directly from the PS3 and i'm sure the Avatar BD can put out 5.1 sound at least.
Anyone know why i'm getting two different results?
