Aluminum brackets to mount sound bars?

Hey folks.

I'm not sure why this is so hard to find, but maybe I'm not using the best wording. Basically, at Frys I saw the Screedeck attached to a TV to hold a center channel or whatever you would like. I was trying to figure an easy way to mount my sound bar to my tv, I immediately thought of what the Screen Deck uses (see below).



Now, I did a quick Google search for aluminum brackets, rails etc, and can't find something as simple as those small black rails. I honestly thought about my old Erector sets as a kid, even those would probably do. Anyone have any ideas?

I know some of you have used the Rubbermaid, but I don't want white and I sadly don't have a drill. This can't be hard to mount sound bars on top of a TV...

Sorry, I should have been more clear. I know where and how they mount, what I'm looking for is where I could get such rails or strips of aluminum that have holes punched like that. That way I can simply bolt the sound bar to the rail, and the rail to the versa holes.
