Hi, I purchased the ASUS VG236H monitor today... apparently this monitor had 12ms of input lag, and it was pretty bad unplayable. way too laggy.... unfortunately, i'm gonna have to return it.
i have a Philips 244e monitor, and it's the BEST monitor i've ever played on. it's basically lag free, literally. now.. i tried searching for input lag results on this particular monitor, but there's input lag info on this model at all... reason I wanted to test the input lag was because I wanted to see what kind of monitor/tv that I needed to buy that has component inputs. I have an HD PVR recorder so I can record game play from my xbox... but my philips monitor only has hdmi/vga/dvi..
