Recently when i turn on my tv i am sometimes greeted with this image:

Now it does fix itself when i cycle the power on a off a few times an i've tried turning it on under different outputs thinking maybe its just my av setting going up on the tv but it happens even if i start it up under my hdmi or component inputs. Just want to know if anyone knows what this is before i lug this to best buy.
