It was dropped off by freight yesterday and they took the top of the box off and plugged it in. Today my wife and I grabbed the top corners to pick it up and place it on the stand. My side stuck I the styrofoam base so I pulled a little harder. I heard a little pop. As soon as I plugged it in I see lines going down the right side on the tv and if you look hard you can see a small crack. This tv is edge less so there was no other way to remove it from the box other than holding the screen. How screwed am I? Any chance I get it replaced? I paid with visa. 2000$ for a cracked tv is heartbreaking.
