So here it is completed!

I ended up with a perfect side L-Shape desk with my gaming computer setup. On the left you are able to see this with the Dual Monitor setup. It is also wired through the wall to my high-end STR-DN2010 Sony receiver through HDMI. My GPU supports full 7.1 HD surround sound. This is my HTPC/Gaming computer (wireless KB/Mouse).
I am running the Optoma HD33. All HDMI cables are from Monoprice, they are the professional series or close to and all support full 1080p with 3D signal (Tested).
The receiver is hooked up to my TWC HD Cable Box, along with my computer, and the PS3. Signals/Audio/Video runs perfectly.
I built the screen with BOC Cloth bought from Carl's Place Online (110" width). It is approx 133" 16:9 Screen. It is phenomenal for the picture quality. And the fact that I only paid 100 dollars for it in all and it compares nicely to a $700-$1000 screen (testimonial directly from a friend with a high end name brand screen).
With painting the room, setting up the dual lighting zones - x1 over my computer, x1 in the room (lutron CFL dimmers), the furniture, computer setup, audio/video equipment (including receiver, speakers (Onkyo 7.1), and HD33 projector), Ikea homemade Bar (mix and match different sets), the display cases, and everything else in this room I paid around $4500 at the most. I really did this on a great budget. I don't believe one must spend >10k for something to sound and look great these days. Start with a decent projector and sound system and everything else will fall into place. I got my receiver on sale for around $260 and 7.1 Onkyo speakers on Newegg on sale for around 175. I purchased an active sub (sony) for about 80 bucks on sale from HHGregg. Even this system has enough power and base to blow you away. Personally I like mine better than the theater because it sounds a lot smoother with less reverb from the walls.
I will try to check back with this thread and take a few more pictures. If anyone has any questions please feel free to ask. I know a lot of people are looking for ways to do things on budget while still wanting to maintain a professional looking house. There are ways to do it. Just takes a little time and thinking.
